The food is excellent. The comfort of a delicious steak-frites takes me back to when I lived in Paris. Solid wine list at good prices. Dessert list has so much to choose from. Go early, the wait will be worth it. Bon appétit!
Tender just as they said it would be! But was a bit confused because it’s not AYCE! I had read some reviews that confused me. But it’s $35 for fixed salad, bread, steak and fries. Desserts are extra! The meat was amazing. Just wish that we had better service because we were left pretty thirsty a few times. But I also understand that there’s a big flow of diners. The wait isn’t bad at all if you get there right at 5:30pm! Highly recommend!
It was my first time dining at Le Relais de Venise L'Entrecôte in NYC, and the experience exceeded all my expectations! The famous steak and fries lived up to the hype, and the secret sauce was absolutely delicious. Alma, our server, made the evening even more special. She was welcoming, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you're lucky enough to have Alma taking care of you!
This type of restaurant configuration makes the food good, generous, hot, fast, and the service is fast, agile and patient. Do not expect for surprises and new things, but expect for quality and traditional food. The idea is to offer just one option in the menu. They have more options for dessert.
Such a fun experience. Delicious food (and the bring seconds) and the best cheesecake we've ever had. We were sad we ate so much steak and Frites that we only had room to split one dessert.
The food was great! Portions are more on the European side, but everything was delicious. The service was quick, and we really enjoyed the ambience. That said, it does feel very touristy, so I’m not sure I’d return unless I’m looking for an affordable dinner spot in NYC!
Tried to visit in Covid but didn’t realized they had closed, so happy that they reopened! They do one thing and they do it well, and that’s steak frites. Oh and desserts too ???? the only options on steak are on how you want it cooked: blue, rare, medium, well. I’m usually a medium rare person, went with rare, but it looked like their medium was pretty much medium rare, so I’d go with that next time.
No frills lunch spot that unapologetically serves 1 thing and they do it well. The steak was cooked correctly and the sauce with the fries rounded out a great value lunch. Will have to come back to try the dessert menu.
We loved the place,the food was delicious. The dessert was delicious. But if you want to eat here you will make a 2 hour lane,because they don't make reservations.
We visited this place all the way From Carmel California, and it was absolutely delicious, practical and easy. The servers were adorable we had a great time. We got Dessert on the house Thank you, definitely we be back again ( I visited the one in France)
